When I think of executives in corporate jobs, many words come to mind that might describe them. Humility is not one of them. Yet, Ralph Wilson writes with an engaging humility about his rise from farm life in Indiana to a position of prominence in the corporate workplace. The book is filled with scriptural wisdom bearing on the hot topics that any in corporate America will face: Race, LGBTQ, abortion, and DEI, to name a few. Wilson shares his experiences on these topics and more with the knowledge that only comes from the school of hard knocks. This is a needed book to prepare Christians to enter the job market or for those already there.
